nomi support

nomi is a private personal assistant for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It runs on your devices and, if you set one up, on nomi on your own Mac.

Getting started

• Open nomi and follow the steps: pick a look, name your assistant and choose a voice.
• Without a Mac, download a model in the Choose a model step. It runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad.
• With nomi on your Mac, run nomi device add iphone there and scan the code it shows.

Common questions

• Where is my data? On your devices, your own Mac, and, if you turn on iCloud backup, encrypted in your private iCloud. See the privacy policy.
• The model download stopped. Keep nomi open on Wi-Fi; it picks up where it left off.
• Start fresh. Settings → Privacy → Start over.
